Ram Pump Water Hammer Arrester as a Pressure Tank

What happens if you use a water hammer arrestor in place of the pressure tank in a ram pump setup? In this video I test a normal pressure tank and then a water hammer arrestor to see which one will delivery more water to the top of the hill.
