Recipes:

Roasted Carrots:
1 lb carrots (peeled and cut into sticks) - can also use baby carrots
3 TBSP melted butter
1 TBSP brown sugar
1 TBSP honey
1 TBSP minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried parsley
1/8 tsp thyme, italian seasoning, and rosemary
Mix melted butter with all seasonings. Spray a baking dish with olive oil and toss carrots with butter seasoning mixture. Roast at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
