I lost about 30lbs taking these pills. I do diet but I don't exercise. It took about 3 months. I plan on taking them for another 3 months in order to reach my goal. I eat three meals a day but don't really snack. Just try to eat healthy and I'm sure if you exercised you would get better results than me but I just physically can't exercise so I'm just strict with my diet. Good luck!

Just want to start off by saying I paid full retail price for this product. I've always been a huge fan of cellucor products. They put the time and effort into their products to be superior. Super HD Is no exception. I'm 5"10 and weigh 175 lbs. since starting my regime of super HD, I have noticed a profound improvement in mental focus and the way my body feels throughout the day. No need to buy energy drinks in the morning to get a kick start or pre workout before my daily work out session. Even when I am doing nothing sitting in front of the tv, I can feel my metabolism hard at work burning the unwanted fat from my stomach and waist. I highly recommend this product to anyone having a hard time sticking to their workout cycle. The stimulation can be quite intense if you don't already have a tolerance to caffeine anhydrous, but I haven't felt any discomfort or adverse side effects since starting my 2 month cycle. I function better at work, my mood and drive are improved, and I bust it out at the gym. This is truly a wonderful product own and is improved even more when combined with other cellucor chrome products such as their NO3 chromium capsules. In short, I wholeheartedly endorse cellucor as a company and this product.

This is a great product. I've lost 4lbs in the first three days. There is no after taste effect or any kind of jitters, but I did experience a few things I want to mention. I'll start with the Pro's and then Con's.

Pros:
1) I've been having lots of energy.
2) Literally, I have been sweating like crazy at work. This is a good thing since I am most likely losing water weight.
3) I am feeling more refreshed every time I wake up.
4) Curved appetite
Most cons are due to my body adjusting to the supplements. The effects only lasted for one day.
Cons:

1) My stomach did feel some sort of pain on day one. After taking the first pill, I did feel some sort of discomfort. This is no longer an issue. My body has adjusted.
2) I was unable to sleep right after the first use. My hands were filled with energy. I cannot explain the feeling I was getting in my fingers. This is no longer a problem as well.
3) Again, day one. My appetite was curved to a point I did not want to eat. Luckily, I know this can happen, and adjusted with small meals throughout the day.

I'm happy so far! I will update this review if anything else changes.
