In today's video I review the R.A.D One, an all rounder in the world of functional. I've always struggled with which shoe to use, sometimes having to take a couple in my bag to change into, my Metcons are fantastic for squatting in, however, if I have any running on that day they're a no go

I had a decent time using the Reebok Nano x1's BUT same issue, when I started to increase the amount of runs I was doing in them, I'd get some quite annoying shin splints and have to stop

The R.A.D's are by far the comfiest training shoe to date, I can easily jump onto the treadmill after some lifting work without any issues

I'm a size 10 and they are true to size, however, some people have recommended getting a size down
