Dis assembly and repair of the Side Mirror housing is very tricky and complicated. It is actually more advisable to just purchase a replacement part.

BUT, for those who are curious, and/or cheap like I am, here is a complete breakdown on the side mirror housing. I also posted a video a few days earlier on the correct way on how to separate the side mirror glass from the side mirror housing. Be very careful on separating them because I think they designed this to not be able to be replaced after assembly. They really want you to buy a whole new side mirror assembly. Tricky Ford, they really want to get your hard earned money!

Whether you just want to repair it, or just replaced the broken parts, this video should be able to help you on your project. We dissected the whole assembly in hopes that it will help others.
