With an unexpected 2nd night in town, I wanted to check out another hot spring and see if we could find one that was a little less of a swimming pool experience. Strawberry Hot Springs certainly delivers on that front. I would love to see it during the day as I'm sure it is absolutely stunning. A 4WD vehicle is required if you take a winter journey to this rustic and remote site.

They don't seem to advertise the fact that they're clothing optional after dark, so be forewarned. We didn't notice while we were there since it was pitch black and only realized it afterward when a friend enlightened us, but definitely good to know if you are very modest!
