10 Max Lucks are required to take it on, and you need to clear the Savage version first (   • [Monster Strike] Karna (カルナ) Day 1 Cl...  ), before taking on this Extreme version (which DOES guarantees a drop).

This stage features a new gimmick: confusion.
The unit affected will not be able to use its bump combo.
In addition when moving, EVERY time you hit a friendly unit you will damage it for 6,666 in THIS quest. (Note that it's higher!!!)
