Gainers Paradise S1 E15: It’s time to take Power Bodybuilding for a test drive.

If you’re not familiar with this style of training, it’s spawned from the legendary Mr. Mike O’Hearn.

In this episode Mike (the other Mike lol) and I rock out biceps and triceps with some heavy, intense, arm-building, foundation movements followed by high rep 21’s to finish them off, drive nutrient-rich blood in the muscle, and stimulate growth and recovery before we ever leave the gym.

There’s nothing better than a solid arm day and this Power bodybuilding arm day delivers in a big way.

Once again, not all sets were showcased in this video to minimize repetition and drive the basics of the workout home in a more straightforward layout.

So, here's the full breakdown of the workout:

Straight bar curls superset with skull crushers
7 sets of 3 reps (after warmup)
Preacher spider curls superset with reverse bar curls
3 sets of 21’s/10
