We visited Durdle Door beach during the summer holidays and it brought back so many memories.
Our first ever UK beach visit after the Covid first wave was this same place in September, and coming here again felt truly nostalgic.
This time the summer heat had dried most of the grass, but the beauty of Durdle Door remained the same.
The crystal clear water, the huge natural stone arch, and the peaceful Jurassic Coast view made the trip unforgettable.
We walked down the steep cliff to reach the beach, and climbing back up was the real challenge, but the view was completely worth it.

Durdle Door & Lulworth Cove are probably the most famous locations on the Jurassic Coast in Dorset England. Some 200,000 people flock to Durdle Door & Lulworth Cove each year to take the walk along some of the most stunning coastline in southern England.

The walk down to Durdle Door is quite steep and will be a hike to get back up. Make sure you take some water as there are no facilities by the beach and iconic limestone arch.

Lulworth Cove has some wonderful shops, and thatched cottages to admire. Take an easy stroll down to the pebble beach. For amazing views of the coastline and high above Lulworth Cove take the steps to the right of the Boatshed cafe and explore!

The kids enjoyed the beach time, and we spent some lovely family moments together.
