For this achievement, the quickest way to get experience is beating Eseus, the Eternal, the first boss of the game’s True Ending.

Equip all of the +XP% equipment as seen in the video, and once the second boss of the ending run spawns in you can save and exit the game. Reload your save and rinse and repeat this process. I used the raindrop, fire cape, and poison cloud afterimages for a bit of extra dps, and just spammed skills with the dual blades.
