Ingredients:
Ground Chicken 4 kilos
Salt 3 tbsp.
Pepper 1 tbsp.
Cornstarch 2 tbsp.

For the Filling:
Sliced Ham 40 pcs.
Sliced Cheese 40 pcs.

For the Coating:
Flour 1 1/4 cup
Egg 4 pcs. with ½ cup water
Bread Crumbs 6 cups

For the White Sauce:
Butter or Margarine 2 tbsp.
Flour 2 tbsp.
Milk 720 ml
Cheese 360 g
