Ring road rawalpindi is a project of the govt of Pakistan to facilitate the people who travel from Lahore to Rawalpindi.
The actual route of Ring road rawalpindi is 38.3km. It starts from GT road near "Banth" and ends on Thalliyan interchange near chakri on M2 motorway.
The project is being constructed under supervision of Nespak(national engineering Pakistan) and it's official developer is FWO (frontier works organization).
The whole project is of 1 year. The development process at the working sites is immense and quality assured as the FWO and Nespak officials visit the area too often.
The whole project of ring road rawalpindi has 5 interchanges.
it starts from the Banth interchange then 2nd interchange is on the chakbeli road near maira mohra 3rd interchange is on adyala road 4th interchange is near Thalliyan and last 5th interchange is on chakri road rawalpindi.
The Chief minister and governor of Punjab are frequently visiting the working site of Ring road rawalpindi to ensure the project would be delivered within the given time frame.
