Are these the best HSS strat pickups?

Are these the best HSS strat pickups? These are Tonerider pickups, the HSS Tonerider Overwound set which is the Tonerider Classic Blues single coils and the Tonerider Birmingham humbucker in the bridge. The Neck and middle pickups are 6.3k and 6.4k resistance respecivelyw whilst the bridge humbucker has a resistance of 8.7k. This set of Tonerider HSS pickups have Alnico V magnets.

Well these pickups are £100 which means they're probably the best budget stratocaster pickups but they aren't built like budget pickups! They use proper components. The Tonerider Classic Blues single coils, or Tonerider TRS3 pickups have proper flatwork and use pushback cloth hookup wire, whilst the Tonerider Birmingham, or Tonerider AC5 humbucker, has a nicel silver base plate and cover so it retains that high end that is lost with cheap pickups.
