Did you know there are two types of applications for PUP Open University System (OUS) Bachelor’s Degree Programs?

PUP College Entrance Test for OPEN UNIVERSITY SYSTEM (PUPCETOUS)
For those who:

✅ Graduated from Senior High School (SHS)
✅ Graduated from High School (Old Curriculum)
✅ Finished Alternative Learning System (ALS) with remarks eligible for college
✅ Passed the Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT) with remarks eligible for college

📝 Requirements: (MERGED PDF FILE) at least 300kb (compressed)
1. Academic Records
1.1. For High School Card (Old Curriculum) – Form 137
1.2. For Senior High School Card (SHS) – Form 137
1.3. For Alternative Learning System (ALS) – Certificate of Grades & Diploma
1.4. For Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT) – Certificate of Completion
2. PSA Birth Certificate
3. For employed applicants: Employment Certificate
4. For unemployed applicants: NBI/PNP Clearance
5. Recommendation Letter from your immediate supervisor and/or former
6. 2x2 ID Picture

College Admission Evaluation of PUP for Open University System (CAEPUPOUS)
For those who are:
✅ College Undergraduates
✅ Graduates of 2- or 3-year Diploma Courses
✅ TESDA - Technical and Vocational programs (formal system only)**
✅ Certificate Program
✅ Associate Program
** Post-secondary technical education that lasts from six months to three years. Programs are offered by both public and private vocational-technical schools.

📝 Requirements: (MERGED PDF FILE) at least 300kb (compressed)
1. Transcript of Records from the last school attended
2. PSA Birth Certificate
3. For employed applicants: Employment Certificate
4. For unemployed applicants: NBI/PNP Clearance
5. Recommendation Letter
6. 2x2 ID Picture

Note:
• Certificate of Eligibility for College Admission from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED)/ Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA):

This certificate is issued to student-applicants who are unable to secure their school credentials due to circumstances beyond their control, such as:
• Closure of the school last attended, or
• Loss or damage of documents resulting from fire or natural calamities.
