As a country rich in natural resources and biodiversity, it holds immense potential to lead climate solutions in the Global South. Yet, this promise is entangled in a web of complex challenges—from policy inertia and technological gaps to investment and governance hurdles. How can Indonesia move from potential to leadership in the global energy transition?

In this compelling panel discussion, Gita Wirjawan moderates a dialogue with three leading minds from Stanford University: David Cohen (Director of the Center for Human Rights and International Justice), Yi Cui (Faculty Director of the Sustainability Accelerator), and William Chueh (Director of Precourt Institute for Energy).

Together, they explore the interplay between science, policy, and international cooperation in unlocking sustainable development for Indonesia and beyond.
