This razor is on the mild side of shaving. Especially with the blades provided, they are smooth but not that sharp. I guess they'd be ok for shaving legs as this razor is aimed for a woman's use. Overall, the razor fucntions, is tight and feels good in the hand even when wet. So with a sharp blade I'm sure it will shave better, as I had to put a Super Max Titanium in it and do a 4th pass to get clean after using the supplied blade for three passes.
