She WARNED ME & Hoped Her TALL GRASS Wouldn't Scare Me Away

I got a call from a lady that was recommended to me by her sister, and her sister watches my videos, which is awesome. Thank you! So she called me and asked if I would be willing to help them clean up their property so that it could sell on the market. I told her that I would definitely love to help get the property restored and sold. A day before my arrival, she texted me and said, "I don't want to scare you off, but I feel I should warn you that the grass in my backyard is tall." I said no problem at all since I've cut grass taller than me.
