Ingredients :
1. Motor dal - 250 gms
2.Potato - 1
3. Tomato - 1
4.Grated ginger - 1 tblsp
5.Dry red chilli - 2
6.Bay leaf - 1
7.Cumin seeds - 1/2tsp
9. Salt - 1 tblsp
10.Turmeric powder - 1 tblsp
11. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tblsp
12. Cumin powder - 1/2 tbsp
13.Coriander powder - 1/2 tblsp
14.Green chilli - 5
15.Sugar - 2 tblsp

Process :
1. At fist boil dal,
2. Then on a pan add oil ,dry red chilli, cumin seeds, potato, fry,
3 Then add grated ginger, fry,
4.Then add tomato,
5.Then add all spices like salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, green chilli, sugar, water, cook well,
6.Then add boiled dal, green chilli,roasted spices, cook well. It is ready.
