How's it going today We're gonna take a look at the Attwood double-eye mooring bumper for your boats. These guys are gonna come in various sizes depending on your application. As far as the materials, it's basically the same. So we'll just take a closer look and see how well it's gonna help us protect our boat. You may be thinking to yourself, "Ed, I'm new to this. I don't know what size I need." Well, that's great.

If you take a look at the description, you can just select the size bumper that corresponds with the length of your boat. So this guy right here is gonna go for something that's a little bit longer, the 30 inch, versus something like this guy right here that may be for a much smaller craft. One other feature of the Attwood's design is the ribbed exterior. So that's gonna allow it to stay where you want it to be in the choppier water situations.

So that's just another cool thing about this product. Our bumper here is a cylindrical-style bumper. It's also a double eye, so it allows you a lot of versatility as far as how you mount it. Generally, you'll see it hanging off the side just with a single rope. However, you can make this work however you need.

You can mount it sideways or up and down. The materials itself are UV resistant. They're gonna hold up against the sunlight. So it's gonna help with that chalking that you can get just from being exposed. And as far as the materials themselves, it's also one solid piece.

It's all molded together, so you don't have to worry about it coming apart at the seams. So you're gonna get a nice long life out of it.
