Barkers Drive Thru - A unique fast food gem in Elizabethton, TN

While out and about today I decided to grab lunch at Barker's Drive Thru in Elizabethton, TN. This place is located at 1022 Highway 91, Elizabethton, TN 37643 and you can find them online (with complete menu!) at www.barkersdrivethru.com.

I grabbed a Swiss Melt and (instead of fries) decided to grab a second sandwich, a Chuckwagon, to give you the best representation of the food this place has to offer. With that in mind, I decided to also grab a Fudge Cake for dessert. This is EASILY one of my favorite desserts in the area as it's soft vanilla ice cream between two layers of chocolate cake and drenched in HOT fudge! It's SO good!
