With the new shuttle molding machine HES 2200 it is now possible to produce molded parts up to a maximum length of 2 m vertically. Thanks to the vertical layout of the machine, the parts remain dry and storage times are shorter. Due to the small volume steam chamber (350 mm) the HES 2200 uses less energy. Due to the lateral transfer movement, the machine has a simple and integrated stacking system, which allows the operator to work simultaneously on up to 8 machines.
