Join me, Sahan Rashmika from Sri Lanka, on an exciting solo day trip as I travel from London Wembley to the charming coastal town of Folkestone! In this video, I take you along on my full journey, starting with a scenic train ride to Folkestone. Once I arrive, I'll explore some of the town's most beautiful spots, including Sunny Sands Beach and Mermaid Beach, where you can soak in the stunning seaside views that will leave you in awe.

I'll also take a stroll through Folkestone's town area, discovering its unique charm and vibrant atmosphere. A highlight of my trip is visiting the Folkestone Harbour Arm, a bustling hub with amazing views and local attractions. I'll be staying at the iconic Folkestone Grand Burstin Hotel for the day, and I'll give you a glimpse of what it's like to stay there.

Of course, no solo trip to Folkestone would be complete without trying the local cuisine! Watch as I indulge in some delicious fish and chips from Sandy's Fish and Chips shop, a local favourite.
