Payback Is A Deeply Troubled Young Man | Batman Beyond

In this video I go back to my latest Batman Beyond villains poll to talk about the deeply troubled villain, Payback. While he only appeared once in Batman Beyond, I liken him to two established Batman villains.

I'll also talk about how DC Comics completely fumbled the character when they adapted him for their DC Rebirth Batman Beyond comics, and some of the similarities between him and Batman.
