Delia's Tamales may be back open for business at 1604 and Hausman following last week's FBI raid at the popular tamale spot on the Northwest Side, but a lawsuit alleging fraud and wage theft remains pending against the restaurant’s parent company.

The civil suit was brought by former workers in the Rio Grande Valley. Now former workers at its San Antonio location are coming forward with similar complaints.
