It was an honour being a part of this collaboration. I’ve learned a few new tricks to perfect classic British fish n chips at home. If you want to learn how to cook the perfect French fry, this is the video for you. I’ve wrapped the fish in an old school fish paper cone and garnished the plate with a red cabbage slaw recipe.
