BMW E36 328i M52 Turbo **BOLT ON 100HP!!**

We recently decided to add some positive intake pressure to one of our BMW E36 328i's... in this first video, we show the initial build of the vehicle, from a bone stock (193hp) 133,000mile 328i.

We managed to find a relatively clean, genuine 328i mtech / msport, although a later one, with no LSD.. so first off, we went with a 4 plate, 3.15 ratio M3 limited slip diff, knowing that with bags more torque... we would need it.

Next, we worked closely with K64 performance in Poland to spec up a kit we wanted to start stocking over here in the UK.. we decided to go with their GT35 setup, on a top mount tubular manifold.

We were keen to ensure that our first kit, was able to be used on a totally stock 328i. To this end, with stock compression, stock clutch, stock intake manifold we were delighted to see 400nm, and just short of 300hp at only 6PSI of boost!

Another key consideration for us, was the ability to run all this on a stock Siemens MS41 ECU; the beauty of this is that no rewiring is required - as well as the benefit that no costly aftermarket ECU is required... it even works with the stock, factory MAF sensor!

Our next step is to drop the compression a bit, as well as fit some heavy duty head studs and a beefy clutch...and turn the boost up to 15psi.
