Considering a visit to Northampton ,England. In this first episode we discover great places to visit in and around Northampton . ‪@TatlerUK‬ also supporting some of these wonderful gems in northamptonshire.

Northamptonshire is a county located in the East Midlands of England. It is known for its picturesque countryside, historic market towns, and grand stately homes . The county has a strong industrial heritage, particularly in shoemaking and leather production. Northamptonshire also boasts a variety of cultural attractions, parks, and nature reserves, offering a blend of rural charm and modern amenities. The county town is Northampton.

These recommendations are based on our own experiences as we have lived in Northamptonshire for over 30 years so we can safely say we are LOCALS.

1) Abington park located in the heart of Northampton . Julie walks the dog at least twice a day and loves the park.

Hello we are Andy and Julie we have taken a year (or maybe more) sabbatical from work to travel at home and abroad. To date our travels have included St Lucia, Martinique, back packing in Columbia and Peru. At home we have visited St Ives (Cornwall), Cumbria, and North Devon.
We are just back from an 8 week adventure in France staying in the Dordogne /Lot region to get a feel of French life. Later in the year our adventures and travels will include Hong Kong, Vietnam and Sardinia.

This year is about new adventures , new experiences , pausing the 9-5 , spending time with family and learning new skills. Our mantra for the year is CARPE DIEM (seize the day) !!
