Here is a casual rendition of an endearing Irish song about a traditional Irish Halloween dish called colcannon, made of potatoes and kale or cabbage mixed with other delights mentioned in the lyrics. :-) I have some in my refrigerator right now!

Made with lovely pickled cream
And the greens and scallions mingled
