How to Change Direct Deposit on Workday:
Sign In to Workday:

Start by accessing your Workday account through the website and signing in with your credentials.
Navigate to the Pay Section:

Once logged in, locate the "Pay" option in your account settings and tap on it.
Access Payment Elections:

In the Pay section, you will see two options at the top: "Pay Slips" and "Payment Elections." Tap on "Payment Elections."
Add a New Bank Account:

Scroll down to the Accounts section. Here, you’ll see an "Add" option at the bottom. Tap on it to add a new bank account.
Enter Bank Details:

Provide the required bank information, including your account number, BSB number, and bank name. Ensure all details are correct before proceeding.
Edit Payment Elections:

After adding your bank account, return to the Payment Elections section. Tap on the "Edit" option and then tap on the plus (+) icon next to the payment method.
Update Deposit Information:

Here, you’ll be able to select your country, currency, payment type, account, and the amount or percentage to be deposited into the account.
Confirm Changes:

Once you’ve entered all the necessary information, tap on "Confirm" to save your changes. Your direct deposit information is now updated!
