Lee Plaza, built by once-famous Detroit developer Ralph Lee, was once the most luxurious apartment building in Detroit. Located on W. Grand Blvd, a couple blocks from the historic Motown Museum and downtown Detroit, this building was abandoned years ago. It was built in 1921, and problems with this place have been ongoing ever since.
