Boz is working for CrossFit HQ for over 15 years and he has been Head Judge of the CrossFit Games for over a decade now.








Last year, he stepped into the foot steps of Dave Castro as he programmed the CrossFit Games 2022 and also The Open in 2023.








Together, we talk about CrossFit Games programming versus regular box programming, competition standards versus points of performance and he shares some great historic moments.
