Buses in Vancouver, BC (Volume Twenty-Four)

Описание к видео Buses in Vancouver, BC (Volume Twenty-Four)

For the twenty-fourth volume of buses in Metro Vancouver, there are five locations included, all of which are high in variety and sure to please!

Firstly, we take a look at the newly facelifted Lonsdale Quay terminus with Burnaby-allocated NovaBus LFS buses on local services, as well as the newly-introduced RapidBus Xcelsior artics on the R2.

Next we venture all the way out to Aldergrove on the very edge of the MVRD, with Surrey-based New Flyer Xcelsiors and LFRs alongside BC Transit Xcelsiors running to and from Abbotsford, in the FVRD.

After this comes 22nd Street SkyTrain Station, with lots of variety in the form of Hamilton-based NovaBus LFS diesels, hybrids and battery electric variants as well as Xcelsiors of natural gas and electric types; alongside Richmond-based Orion Vs, suburban diesel NovaBus LFS buses and Alexander Dennis Enviro 500s.

As if that wasn't enough, then we take a look at the area surrounding Burrard Station with Vancouver-based New Flyer E40LFR trolleybuses, NovaBus LFS hybrids and diesels, the last of the 2000-2001 New Flyer D40LFs formerly allocated to Port Coquitlam and Surrey, and Burnaby-based NovaBus LFS diesels and older hybrids plus some mixed Xcelsior and LFR artics on the north-shore routes and Horseshoe Bay express, Xcelsior RapidBus artics on the R5, and not forgetting WVMT Blue Bus services on the routes to West Vancouver.

Lastly we are at UBC with Vancouver-based New Flyer E40LFR trolleybuses, NovaBus LFS hybrids and diesels, and the last of the 2000-2001 New Flyer D40LFs; Burnaby-based NovaBus LFSes, as well as LFR and Xcelsior artics on the 99 B-Line; Hamilton-based Xcelsior artics (and oddly older hybrid NovaBus LFS) on the R4 RapidBus; and Richmond-based Xcelsior artics on the 49.

All clips filmed in October, 2021.
