Increasing Car Count is essential for almost every auto repair shop.

Of course, some shops have a huge need to increase their count, especially a shop just recently started or has only been in business for a couple of years or less.

Some shops, have way too many cars to work on per day, and need to better manage their shop. Just like some doctors that indicate that they are not accepting new patients, there are some shops that should heed that wisdom.
Those shops need to learn to MAKE EVERY CAR COUNT ( I have a full recoreded workshop that I teach that it. Some die, some move away, some get married/start a new relationship and go to their new partners shop, some buy a new vehicle and "think" they must go to a dealership* (see below), some head off to another shop that is closer and/or "seems" cheaper, some get annoyed at us for any number of reasons, and more. So, we must market to increase car count.
