Rough guide: you want to flinch the axes using some set of tiles for the whole kill. I've heard that using tiles closer to the middle are easier than using ones on the edges as shown in the video. If you stand on the axe spawn point when they spawn you get hit a 40.

Gear: ely is a bit of a joke, can help negate chip damage - being higher HP means you're less likely to die if you make a mistake. The downside is that the fight lasts longer because no avernic. Use fang, it feels like the boss has higher defence than the regular variant. It might be worth to switch to scythe for enrage since (in base version) the boss loses defence. Blood fury is great as well, strongly recommend.

The idea behind the tiles is that you flinch outwards before the axes spawn, then inwards to dodge axes, then outwards to dodge the spawn and repeat. The head projectiles can sync up with when you need to click, but as shown in the video you don't need to click an exact tile, just in the general direction since the pillar next to you helps with pathing.

Take advantage of the virus/captcha mechanic: it stops axes/head specials from happening, and also it's a great time to combo eat without losing too much DPS.

Also the head projectiles look very similar: this might be changing soon.
