Sentry 10V2T Decomissioning + Whelen Vortex R4 Acceptance Test - Miller, MO

Welp, after almost a year, the Sentry 10V2T has now been replaced with a Whelen Vortex R4. As you can see, the Sentry still works, but the Vortex is going to serve them so much better. I went to the test yesterday to see the Sentry go off, but it never did. I would assume the CD&F was being stupid. Anyways, the new siren is up and is working very well. Before you ask, NO, the Sentry 10V2T is not going anywhere. It is staying put just in case they need it. It was replaced because when a tornado came through town last year, power was knocked out to the city thus rendering the siren inoperable. They wanted something with battery backup to alleviate this problem
