Borneo 4 Tabin Wildlife Reserve

Part 4 of our two week holiday to Sabah in Borneo. We travelled from the Kinabatangan Wildlife Lodge to Tabin Wildlife Resort. On the way there we stopped at the Batu Tulug Museum to find the Bat Hawks. There is a lookout at the top of the hill where hopefully we would find Bat Hawks. The Museum was closed unfortunately but saw Bat Hawks perched in a nearby tree.
We continued on to Lahad Datu and from there to Tabin. We spent three nights there.

The rooms are very comfortable and food is goord. Staff are excellent, friendly and helpful.
Our birding guide Amrafel Marang was very good.
The birding is amazing for all the lowland forest species.

Camera: Canon R6 with RF100-500 lens. (Camera kept on overheating in the heat and humidity while filming so I've traded it in on the R6 mk2. Hope I don't have that problem again. Otherwise, it is a great camera.
