Why do we live on a boat?

Why did we sell our house and the security of life on land for a sailboat?

With no experience whatsoever of sailing, or living on a boat, we took a huge gamble in order to escape the normalities of life and do something a little crazy. We bought a boat!

So, we seriously considered all of our options. We had Ellie (our dog) at the time, so whatever it was we were going to do, she had to be there with us! So, it left us with 2 options. Could we buy a campervan, or by a van and convert it into something we could live in full time?

We decided a camper wasn't the best solution for us. So that left us with one option. A boat.

So we sold our house, bought a boat, and learnt to sail. Sounds simple. But it's been a CRAZY journey of learning a lot, stressing out a lot, and being thrown into so many circumstances that would terrify you 2 years ago!

And, through all the struggles, it has been the best decision of our lives.

Now. We just need to figure out how we can can make some money so we can stay out here....any ideas?
