Ingredients for Veg Mushroom Kabab:
100 grams soya chunks
250 grams mushrooms, finely chopped
4 big onions, finely chopped
7 cloves
5 elaichi (cardamom)
1 tablespoon black pepper, coarsely ground
10 garlic cloves, minced
2 small pieces of ginger, minced
2 tablespoons meat masala
1 tablespoon dhaniya (coriander) powder
1 tablespoon red chili powder
1 tablespoon haldi (turmeric) powder
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander, chopped
1 Cup Besan (gram flour)
1 Cup Bread crumbs
