In this video I provide an introduction to the "Selection" problem when deciding which platform can support your needs as a project manager.

For me in the utility industry, this meant evaluating tools like Procore, Monday.com, Asana and Smartsheet. Smartsheet was the tool I selected because it was a blank slate that seemed easy enough to use.

Since then, I have mastered building construction and real estate workflows in Smartsheet.

If I were to rewind 5 years and start this over again, I would wish there was a video that clearly explained which platform would be best to manage my projects and so I started this video series with the intention to help project managers who might not know where to begin.
