Should Lovestruck be an expansion pack?

It's almost time for Lovestruck to come out so I thought I'd give my final thoughts and opinions on this brand new expansion and all it's strengths and weaknesses to see if it really features enough to hold my attention and be a pack that I constantly replay in the sims 4.
