In this Video I will unbox and setup the Ulo Home Monitoring Owl.
I included my Setup Fails.
For setup I suggest to use the PC and your web browser, not the App.

Web-browser setup works like this:
Optional: Open your Ulo and take a picture or write down your Ulo MAC address, close your Ulo
1. Plug Ulo to its USB cable to make sure the owl is powered (use a 5V-2A USB adapter)
2. Make sure your connection works properly and Ulo is placed within range of your Wi-Fi router
3. Enable Wi-Fi on your device (laptop, smartphone, tablet, etc.)
4. Flip the Ulo upside-down, Ulo will create a Wi-Fi network
5. Connect your computer to this network (if a password is needed, use "Mu Design")
6. In your web-browser go to this address: http://setup.ulo.camera or 192.168.43.1
7. Follow the instruction on the Ulo webpage
Info: After WiFi configuration, Ulo will connect to your home network.
The Ulo webpage won't be accessible anymore. This is normal, you should have a blank page.
8. Connect your computer to your Wi-Fi
9. Access the Ulo webpage by typing the Ulo's IP address in your webbrowser (see link above for details)
