Late Upload, Caught the day before my Birthday! July 29th, 2022!!

After my shift at work, I decided to wait here at this railroad crossing at Powell Road crossing the CSX Columbus Subdivision in Ohio. I’ve crossed this RRXing several times but have never seen any trains at this RRXing before here, nor have I ever seen this RRXing activate at all. 

Similar to 161, it also has a traffic light system on one side of traffic just before the RRXing to prevent cars from getting stuck on the track If the adjacent intersection traffic backs up. However unlike 161, this RRXing has sidewalks on either side of the road which cross the railroad tracks too, so it has pedestrian RRXing signals on either side of the tracks for both sidewalks, while the 2 main road signals are normal, and both sport Western Cullen Hayes mechanical bells, just like Snouffer Rd/Perry Park!

Minutes went by before I heard the train in the distance blowing for Seldom Seen Road and I Got into position to film. I was pleasantly surprised when I realized that these bells ring almost perfectly in sync with each other!

Boy do I love the SD- and GP- -2 and -3 series of locom motor CSX has, and their high-pitched loud horns are the cherry on top!!
