Unfortunately, the beautiful ceps I picked last week did not dry well - we had a couple of days of really damp weather and to try to finish them off, I put them in a warm oven, but I messed up and scorched them.

So in this video, I'm unboxing an electric dehydrator (this one: https://www.appliancesdirect.co.uk/p/... ) and trying it out - but that means finding some more mushrooms first.
