The weather for this approach was just above the minimums.
You know you're flying between high moutains but you only see them when you start the approach. Thereafter you're in the clouds untill just before touchdown.
Around 15 seconds into the video you can see the sequenced flashing lights just left of the screw on the windscreen wiper. But then the clouds get thicker and only 50 feet above the minimums the runway becomes visible.
