You'll never feel like doing the things you need to do, let's face it.

Teachers, parents, or coaches no longer have the power to push us to do things that are beneficial to us as adults.

No one is coming.

No one is in charge of pushing you to make changes, such as turning off the TV, exercising outside, or writing the business plan for you. It's entirely up to you.

If you want your dreams to come to fruition, it's important to push yourself and be kind to yourself.

Acknowledging that you'll always need to give yourself a push brings tremendous liberation.
