Because I doubt anyone else would have cared enough to do it.

You may or may not know how Pac-Man World's music was at a higher than normal pitch, due to an oversight or bug that was present in the original game (read here for more info:   / 1558183423189065730   ). Though it would seem that the team making Re-PAC didn't realize this, and assumed it was intentional (despite the CD Audio tracks proving it isn't, and also proving that the tracks were never made around this "compressed aesthetic"), resulting in the remade tracks being pitched up, for no good reason. This video undoes the pitch-ups, and even includes the Phase 2 HMS Windbag song with a pitch more in-line with the rest of the soundtrack.

BEFORE ANYONE ASKS, Crazy Cannonade is not included here, since that track was mysteriously produced with the correct pitch, while all of the other remade tracks, weren't.
