This is a video presentation of the some of the highlights of West Wicklow's enormous historical past that is all around us and worth taking care of, and appreciating, not just for ourselves, but for our children, and their children. The past informs us of who we are today and so we should try to understand it and remember it.Some of these great sites are still on private land and not accessible to the public, yet are important parts of our heritage. These should be preserved and opened for all to learn and enjoy, but only with agreements in place with all the landowners so that everyone may feel that this is a good thing to do.
