Another great flight on Hawaiian. Took our 10 week old son to visit all of my family back home. I was surprised at how full the flight was given the current COVID pandemic. First class was completely full. It was sad to see all the Hawaiian aircraft that are parked on taxiways at Honolulu. We were towed into the gate in the inter island terminal and after we exited, we had to go through the State's quarantine check. That took a while due to confusion by the people they had working the stations. Once we finished with that, we had a 3 hour wait for our inter island flight to Kaua'i.

The terminal was completely dead. No shops were open and it was basically a ghost town. This was just a week after they opened up the state to pre-test passengers. I believe a lot of the stores were scheduled to open up on Nov. 8.
