The SIMS 4 / old townhouse with garages and playground (part 1) / stop motion / CC links

Hello everyone ! Enjoy my new SIMS 4 stop motion movie! Today I am building an old townhouse / a tenement with 6 apartments. This is the first part containing the building of the entire facility, including garages, a backyard (with a basketball court and children's playground), a staircase and a residents' public laundry in the basement.
