Poorly Maintained Schindler Elevator - MacArthur Mall South Garage (Dillard's) - Norfolk VA

Have I set a record for how an elevator should NOT run? Let's go over some of the key points for how this elevator ran.
First of all, oil was leaking with some of it dripping down the hydraulic piston! There was even a bath of oil at the bottom of the elevator shaft!
Secondly, when the elevator passed by a certain floor, both interlocks (back and rear) hit every door (can be heard going up).
Even worse, when we got to the top, the elevator, following it's oil leak, started BOUNCING up AND down in a CRAZY manner like I was on a roller coaster or in a fun house!!! !!!!!!PATHETIC!!!!!! I could've gotten stuck in this piece of junk if it weren't for the oil leak!!!
Seriously MacArthur, why can't you maintain your elevators properly?!? First the North Garage and now THIS?!? What were they THINKING?!?
